Hello everyone! I’ve mastered it!!!! A curry that’s free and not watery! 😃

Chicken breast cut into pieces, pop in a dish with paprika, curry powder, garlic powder, celery salt, coat the chicken in the powder, cover and leave in the fridge to flavour.

Roughly cut up a red onion, a white onion, 6 tomatoes, garlic powder and salt, coat with fry light, pop in the oven on 190° until slightly browned (the tomatoes will be soft),
Meanwhile, take the chicken out of the fridge, pop in a frying pan with fry light, brown it off, then pop it into a slow cooker, blitz the onions, toms etc with a hand Blitzer, pop that into the slow cooker, then the best bit (and my favourite hack so far, blitz a tin of baked beans until they are a thick puree), add that to the slow cooker, mix it all together and leave it to do it’s magic! Honestly!

It’s so tasty and the texture is like a “proper” curry! 😄
