A cheesecake on slimming world is easy to make. This is one that I’ve done – Salted Caramel.

The recipe I use is:

Base is 40g Oats (HEB) blitzed with some warm water and a little salted caramel flavouring.

Main base: 3 lighter than light cheese triangles (1/2 HEA) with one vanilla yogurt (0.5 syns) and some salted caramel flavoured. Topped with a Salted caramel hi fi bar (3syns).

Layer it in a circular dish and leave to chill in the fridge over night. Delicious.

You can change the flavouring by using different yogurts, syrups, toppings etc. But use this, enjoy it and ignore the spam. We are all on this journey together, so I’m more than happy to share so you all can have a little treat too!
