Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform construction tasks as directed by the site supervisor
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site
- Load and unload building materials and equipment
- Assist with the installation of structures and fixtures
- Monitor and report on project progress to the management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in on-site training sessions as required
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction worker
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and hand tools
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
