1x Healthy B wholemeal soft pitta

40g mozzarella 

Passata

Oregano

1 tsp sweetener

1 tbsp tomato puree

Couple of piccolo cherry tomatoes sliced

2x pepperoni slices cut into ¼ or ½ (1/2 syn per whole slice)

Sliced Bell peppers or sweet peppers

Place passata, sweetener, oregano, tomato puree into a pan and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Place wholemeal pitta onto a baking sheet.

Spread the sauce onto your pitta and sprinkle half your cheese on top. 

Add pepperoni slices and pepper slices

Sprinkle over remaining mozzarella, sprinkle with a little oregano and bake for 15 minutes or until done to your liking.

This can also be cooked in the air fryer if your short on time in around 8 minutes!

If you like a stuffed crust, simply fill the pitta with mozzarella (syned if not using a Health A), wet the opening a tiny bit with water and pinch shut, then add toppings as above
