The recipe for beef Stroganoff, a delicious dish made from beef and mushrooms, easy and simple to make for a light meal.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 500 g of beef tenderloin in pieces
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 5 cl of dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream lightened to 12%
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • Salt pepper.

Instructions :

  1. In a saucepan heat the olive oil and fry on the chopped onion and chopped mushrooms.
  2. Then add the meat, salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika and stir and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the white wine and the tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the cream and mustard and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve with pasta or rice.
