Bolognese FriesĀ  Syn Free!!!
Bolognese is a Slimming World classic and I think everyone has their own way of doing it.
We pack with speed food and often just add ingredients as we go along but as guide:
500g 5% fat mince
Large onion – chopped
3 garlic cloves – crushed
2 red pepper – chopped
5 mushroons – chopped
1 carton passata
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 beef stock cube
2 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
Always brown off the onions, pepper and garlic first then add in the mince. Once all browned pretty much add everything else, mix and leave to simmer for 30mins to reduce.

Chips are cooked as usual in the Actifry with frylight, then served onto the plates.
Simply topped with the bolognese, then 30g finely grated mature cheddar (HexA).

With a homemade garlic bread – 1 syn plus HexB Each!
2x Schar Ciabatta
20 sprays spray oil – 2 syns
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp parsley
Take ciabatta and make cuts across the top
Mix together the oil, garlic and parsley – split this into 2 equal portions then split into the cuts in roll.
Pop in airfryer/oven for 5 mins to heat through!
